For people who are bad (like me).
The first strat, you want to open the door on the far right. AFAIK, this only works with Hold Targeting. Target the Stalfos, then turn right and Sidehop left twice, Sideroll, then throw the Boomerang. Shield the Stalfos damage.
Second Strat: Enter door near the middle. Target to keep angle straight. Roll immediately, Jumpslash immediately to grab the heart, then Roll immediately. Aim at the switch, and right before it hits the switch, Backflip off. If it doesn't work, you backflipped too early.
