Following the NDP government’s budget announcement Sept. 11, which made no mention of the promised $10-a-day day care plan, the Coalition of Child Care Advocates of B.C. held a meeting and invited parents, grandparents and caregivers to share their stories with Katrina Chen, minister of state for child care.
