I share with you a recipe that my family loves. We call it Chicken in a Basket. Many people call it Toad in the Hole or Egg in a Hole. It is very simple. I differ from most because we have a large family so I cook it on a cookie sheet in the oven.
Preheat oven to 375 and cook for 12-15 minutes.
