Chicken Count by Jack Hartmann is a count 1 to 10 interactive rhyme with the help of chickens. Chicken Count is a fun and silly counting 1 to 10 math movement song that helps children develop their listening and auditory memory skills. Students can also focus on basic number recognition for the numbers 1-10. Number cards can reinforce the numeral recognition of numbers 1 -10.
This math and movement song incorporates rhyming words and patterning by having the children repeat each line of lyrics. Chicken Count was written by Mary Jo Huff, who kindly gave Jack permission to record it.
