this cherry box was a blast making, i had some really nice figured cherry and a cherry burl that i been wanting to use for a lid.
And i been wanting to try and make a box with some drawers, so got the opportunity to make this one.
learned a lot during this process, and had some times i really had to put on my thinking cap, but pushed through and was able to get this done before father's day.

i recommend always trying to push yourself to try new things and ideas in the shop.
this project really was a blast and can't wait to make another one.
