Chicken Broth
1 whole chicken or chicken bones
1 bunch fresh dill
1 large sweet onion
5 stalks celery whole or cut in half
5 carrots whole or cut in half
salt and peppercorns
Fill large pot with water and let simmer on medium heat for 4-5 hours.
Strain ingredients and add to qt. containers and place in fridge.
You can peel the chicken and keep separate along with carrots and celery.
