PIZZA RECIPE
1 tsp instant yeast
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1st salt
2 tbsp oil plus 1 tsp oil

Combine yeast and flour and salt in mixer.
Turn machine on and add 1 cup water and add olive oil.
Mix
Process for about 30 seconds adding more water as needed a little at a time.
Mix until forms a ball if its too dry add more water.

Turn dough on flour surface and knead to form a ball. Oil bowl and cover in warm place until doubled in size.

Makes 2 crusts
