Chef Throwdown at Overland Expo West! - Axed Cooking Competition at the KC Hilites Booth @DometicFrontRunnerSeries

The "Axed” Cooking Competition hosted by @kchilites @5.11 @ruggedradios at @overlandexpo was a BLAST. Three randomly selected chefs (@adrianadorothy, @switchbacksupperclub , @marcanthonygonzales ) were pulled from the crowd and thrown into an epic cook-off that required them to make something delicious out of ingredients that were a little less than traditional. In their @dometic patrol coolers they found: pork chops, boxed stuffing mix, Cherry Jello cups, and Brussels sprouts.

They were provided cooking tools by @frontrunneroutfitters, @dometic, and @tembotusk like their prep tables, hydration jugs and faucets, kitchen utensils, cutting boards, coolers, skottles, and cadac stoves to complete the challenge. Plenty of laughter was provided for all in the process and they were all great sports about it. 💛

Congrats to @switchbacksupperclub who took home the overall win!

(For participating, the winners got to keep their utensil kits and Cadac Safari sets as prizes, along with their 5.11 aprons!)
