One of my favorite all time dishes is shrimp and grits. I used to love them at the restaurant Bahama Breeze but, they took them off the menu. I searched high and low for a new place for Shrimp and Grits and every where I tried them they weren't good at all. I decided to just head out into the woods and try making my own.
