• 4 slices of white toast
• 4 slices of Emmental cheese
• 4 slices of Beef Bacon
• Sliced green olives with carrots
• Butter or oil for frying
1. Place Emmental cheese slices on the toast.
2. Fry the Beef Bacon
3. Cover with another slice of toast and close the sandwich.
4. Brush the top of the sandwich with butter or oil.
5. Toast the sandwich in a hot pan over medium heat.
6. Flip it over until the toast is toasted and the cheese is melted.
7. Garnish with the olives.
8. Serve the sandwich hot.
