Fromagier Janice Howell of The Loft Cheese Gallery in Laguna Beach shares her cheese pairing tips in this episode of "California Travel Tips" with Veronica Hill.

This lovely Laguna Beach restaurant, located inside Montage Resort, specializes in cheese pairings from around the globe, with hundreds of artisanal cheeses, specialty honeys and homemade accompaniments to make the cheese burst with flavor.

Janice also explains the basics of cheese and wine pairing.
