Paper Mario 64 has a extremely in-depth randomizer now and it's absolutely amazing.
Huge props to Icebound777 and their team for making this!
There have been A BUNCH of updates since I first showed it off years ago. Too many to name, so I really recommend checking out the website! It even (unofficially) supports archipelago now.
Star Spirits can now be randomized anywhere in their chapter OR literally anywhere in the world. You can choose how many Star Spirits you need to find and how many chapter bosses you need to defeat for the way to Bowser to open!

My playthrough of this mod will be pretty much a blind experience. I had heard whispers on the wind about it, but I have no real idea what to expect. I also have no real idea about what currently possible in the remake modding-wise. So Im excited to see whats in store!
I am joined by the classic combo of Lenny and Kappy. Feels like Pro Mode was just yesterday.
also yes the first couple episodes have issues with input lag oops

This mod also has a built in randomizer and hard mode. Lets do both at the same time and try to come up with some off the wall strategies with our random items and badges!

The hard mode part is pretty simple. All it does is double enemy attack power and HP. This is slightly harder than what Pro Mode or Double Pain do since guarding only reduces damage taken by 1. Also I think its technically called very hard mode since theres also a mode that increases attack power and HP by 150%. But I didnt wanna make the title any longer than it already is.
The randomizer randomizes every item/badge thats in a block or chest. It also randomizes items held by enemies. Yes, they CAN hold badges too. We kind of ignored the randomizer tooltip, so we dont know any of this yet this recording session.
