These are so cool! I saw this video by Ceri Griffiths, youtu.be/wABkLui4D_E and I had to make them!
I finally used some Artist Paper from the Somerset Studio Magazine (and yes, I said that wrong in the video and didn't realize until now after it's all saved...sigh) and a timecard for the mini tags. I also used products from Your Creative Studio (clear stickers) https://ycvstudio.com, Tim Holtz, K. Marie (a local craft store), and Country Craft Creations (Seam binding) countrycraftcreations.com
I hope you like it, check out his tutorial and make some of your own. You can make 7 of these with one sheet of 12 x 12 paper. I got 4 out of my artist paper.
