Super easy, dirt cheap, very light, and effective. This is not designed to land on the water. This is a back up solution to keep from losing your drone if it takes a swim. Yes, there is added wind resistance. It flys OK in low wind situations. If you have a better solution, please let me know. I nearly lost my Parrot Bebop 2 when it went for a swim and this is what I came up with to prevent reoccurence.
