Can I Write A Better Command Than ChatGPT?

In this video, I thought it would be fun to use Open AI ChatGPT to create some prompts for creating images in Open AI DALL-E and see how good the images come out. I will then also write a very basic prompt asking DALL-E to create the same image and then compare and see if ChatGPT can create a decent image in DALL-E.
