Cassie is an occupational therapist and doctoral candidate in early childhood education whose research examines how the foundational skills built in childhood — emotional regulation, conflict negotiation, resilience, relational strategy — shape adult behavior. Her clinical background in attachment, regulation, and sensory processing gives her a unique lens on neurodiversity: how different brains take in and respond to the world, and why two people can experience the same relationship in completely different ways.
Today, Cassie and I will be discussing dead bedrooms. How attachment styles, childhood issues, and everything else can effect the bedroom in a long-term relationship.
