Okay, so here is a review for nkdpeanut (LOVE her username! :P )
She's very talented and such a sweet person to talk to and I think she definitely deserves many, many more subbies :)
I really loved all her charms, she's very creative and has a lot of skill :)
PACKAGING:
Really good! Using paper as packing is a great way to keep charms from breaking, its recyclable and doesn't cost much. Also, it saves space and costs, since bubble wrap can make each item very bulky
CHARMS:
Great quality, very lightweight, eyepins/headpins were well secured, the glaze was a little sticky but some brands just have that tendency. Paint work was really nice, each charm was well shaped and texturing was really nice.
THINGS TO IMPROVE ON:
Try find a less sticky glaze, or let your charms air out a little longer.
Always be sure eyepins are glued in and won't come out.
Small details on charms can be fragile, so try make sure clay is in contact with the main piece or use tiny wire, but this can get tricky and very uncomfortable to work with.
If you're painting charms, 2-3 thin coats are always better than a thick one due to much less or no streaking or brush marks :)
EXTRAS:
I completely didnt expect any! But I was really happy with all of them, especially the pills as I've always wanted to have one, and the rhinestones because I'm on a 'prowl' for rhinestones at the moment :D
PROS:
- Very lightweight charms
- Great packaging and lovely presentation
- Really cute and well done charms
- Quick dispatch and fast delivery (this may vary with other regions)
- Great communication
CONS:
- Nothing major: just glaze ;)
