I know, I really know that Nick&Charlie have a totally different dynamic but, at the same time, there's something in their interaction that reminds me so much to Merlin&Arthur. The king reference (rugby king/once and future king), the extremely similarity between Joe&Colin combined with the vibes of vague similarity (especially in some framings for me) between Kit&Bradley, the perfect same framing in some scenes, the protectiveness of Nick towards Charlie... all of this made me remind to them, and made me create this headcanon that Nick&Charlie are Merlin&Arthur's reincarnation in the modern era where they can finally have their happy ending🥹🤧❤️ ... about the edit, it's basically only parallelisms lmao so really simple ♥
