WE GET LOW is the 2nd single from Charlie J’s upcoming EP “WE’RE ALL LOST” which features Elina Lee (who’s debut single “deja vu” featured on BBC Radio Wales and was a part of the Forté project in 2023) and himself over a mellow but groovy production. The song is reminiscent of smooth hip hop/RnB collabs from artists such as Loyle Carner, Tom Misch, Isaiah Rashad and Mac Miller.

Jamila Scott (A&R at Into the blue management, has worked with SZA, Years and Years and Stormzy) has described the track as “wicked” and she “loved the combination of your (Charlie J + Elina’s) vocals on the chorus”

The track has also received funding and support from Help Musicians which will be used to create the music video and help promote the track

It features lyrics that are heavily about mental health and troubles that have been faced in Charlie’s family and how he is trying to break the cycle of where he is from.
