In the music video for this track I decided to go down a different approach to a typical romantic music video and use a mannequin rather than have a model. What it stands for is up for interpretation. First time I've produced, shot, edited and performed a music video myself, with additional shots taken by my mum where I couldn't use a tripod.
I never thought is the latest single by Charlie J - a summery, soul sampled hip hop track about finding love where you didn't think you would find it. The B side to this single, "I thank you" features Cardiff MCs Jay Rede and Formal Brown of Blue City CDF as well as scratches from DJ Risk 1 and is the first of many Bard Picasso collabs that Charlie J has taken part in.
