A Virginia Beach judge has set aside charges against a man accused of shooting on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront back in March.

Matheus Cavalcante was one of five men charged in connection with a shooting that occurred just before 10 p.m. on March 7 on Atlantic Avenue that left six people hurt.
