If you’ve been with us for a bit you may remember that CHAPS on Cocker St was the first hotel we ever reviewed. Well, they’ve refurbed some of the rooms so we jumped at the chance of checking them out.

We’ve always loved staying at CHAPS in the past, but was the refurb an improvement or disappointment?
