This version is about fixing the weirdness and overpower wand in the previous version.
The most noticeable change are:
- Replace Garages.lur instead of STimeCycle.lur
- The magical effect was adjusted to be more balance
- The spell cannot hit other people behind the first target
- The spell cannot hit a person in car
- The spell is able to re-hit a person who have been affected by the spell before
- Fixed spell glitch to bike rider
- Added rear hit reaction for the Fire Storm
