To add on this, this trait was not optimal for shattered observatory, but you get incredible value out of it in nightmare fractals in terms of damage and stock daggers. I only did a single fractal run on virtuoso for fun. Rotation and precasting while bosses spawn / phase may use some work on my side. ANYWAY! I play a lot of PvE nowadays and i cant wait for virtuoso to come out. For the first time since boonchrono times, mesmer will finally be good for fractals in good groups again!
