Essence Drain - Zenith - Swift Affliction - Considered Casting/Chain
Withering Presence - Persistence - Clarity (after you have 100 Spirit you get clarity)
You can use Frost Bomb before you get level 31.
Frost Bomb - Spell Cascade - Controlled Destruction
Despair - Heightened Curse - Decaying Hex - Inspiration
Dark Effigy (Single Target) - Overabundance - Controlled Destruction - Envenom/Extraction
Convalesence (Weapon Swap)
Blink - Ingenuity

Venom Draught you can go for Elemental Ailment Threshold or Stun Threshold. I went Stun Threshold but Elemental Ailment Threshold is good too.
For the second one you go Chaos Resistance.
