Step into the *Netherworld* with me (if you dare!) for a Halloween themed fashion shoot that's straight out of the 'Handbook for the Recently Deceased.' This Lydia Deetz-inspired session from the original *Beetlejuice* movie is all about that dark, moody vibe. I conjured up a look with five strobes, featuring the Profoto Pro D3 with a Westcott Optical Spot, green gels, and a beauty dish to create a *strange and unusual* (I myself am strange and unusual....) atmosphere filled with saturated colors and dramatic lighting. It's showtime! 😝

💡Lighting
- Profoto Pro D3 strobe with Westcott optical spot (150mm lens) as the main light
- Second strobe with optical spot (50mm lens), window gobo, and blue gel for background texture
- Large umbrella with diffusion and green gel for background and rim light on the left
- 1x4 foot strip softbox with grid and green gel for rim and hair light on the right
- Beauty dish with grid on low power to illuminate the dress
🖌 Post Processing
- Color grading to incorporate blues and greens from the Beetlejuice scene
- Retouching to enhance the saturated red dress and pale out the skin
- Adding contrast and clarity to the image
- Adjusting white balance and tint to cool down the image
- Applying color balance to shadows, midtones, and highlights
- Targeting individual colors in the color editor to shift red towards magenta and darken it
- Adding cyan to skin tones for a moonlight effect
