This ident doesn't seem to have been found or uploaded on YT at all, making me think that it's presumably one of the many lost TV idents in the world.
I found this audio and image from the HSV-7 1981 Christmas Tape, where in this part that had the audio and logo (that you see here) was basically taking a big jab at Nine. All the actual information I could gather about this ident is from one comment on a upload of the "Still The One" ident from Nine in 1980, the comment stated that this ident was apparently used in tandem with the 1980 "Still The One" ident, so this might be from 1980.
