A time-lapse (recorded on VHS) of me drawing a collection of creatures using the Fairchild Channel F game console with the Doodle program on Videocart 1.

For the record, it’s really arduous to draw with the Channel F. Using a really weird joystick, you move around a cursor that leaves a colored trail. You can switch between three colors + light grey by rotating the top of the stick. There’s no way to “lift the pen” so if you want to pass the cursor over an area you’ve already done some graphics on, you’ll need to redraw each pixel as you go.
You get a 63x58 pixel workspace to make your image, although the bottom two corners are somewhat off-limits... it’s hard to explain.

The audio was made on an Atari 2600: japhyriddle.bandcamp.com/album/atari-music
