This video shows how to change the upper and lower ball joints on a Ford F250 but will also apply to F350 F-150 of old body style trucks from roughly 1986 to 1997. Any truck that uses an I-beam suspension. I was replacing the ball joints in this truck because I had a steering wheel "Return to center" problem while making a turn. The culprits in this case was the lower ball joints although they were not loose or clunking they were actually too stiff.
