This was quite a job. Something spilled on the bag and it absorbed all the moisture from the leather and it distorted the leather. This bag was her grandmothers bag so it was important to the customer that we bring it back. Not much was salvaged from the original except for a few lining panels and the hardware. I think it looks presentable.
