More very hot sunshine with lower humidity later in the afternoon after intense heating. Heat index temperatures will range from 102 - 108 in the area

Record Hot, Mostly Sunny
HIGHS: 101 - 105
WINDS: SE 5 - 10mph

Temperatures will spike to 103 in the afternoon which ties the daily record high set in 2023. Humidity levels lower giving us a "dry heat" late afternoon to early evening.

THURSDAY:
Partly Sunny, 30% Rain
HIGHS: 100 - 104
WINDS: SSE 5 - 10mph

Very hot day again with plenty of sun. By later in afternoon to evening, scattered showers or thunderstorms will develop in the area. Not everyone will see rain but opportunity is there for some.
