Out of boredom, Lan decides to go to Netopia to fight Raoul. Unfortunately, a mob of angry Netopian guys kidnap Lan! He manages to escape, but not before someone does lewd acts to him and steals all of his strong and Wood-element chips!

Now Lan must fight Raoul, who incidentally is the leader of the mob to get his chips back!
