CutMan's at it again, locking Megaman's chips! Only red chips seem to work, but even so, the rocks CutMan summoned are displaying a force field. And if that wasn't enough, the only thing that seems to weaken CutMan effectively is... himself! Now, who gives idiots like CutMan so many plans against Megaman?
