Tenguman is sent to prison after an incident involving his nose and risque parts of a female Navi's anatomy. To escape, he has to fight Judgeman with chips that are no longer than his nose. Also, Tenguman cannot use chips right on Judgeman's face or he'll explode.

Will Tenguman get past the law?
