You’ve mastered the basics of the Material Editor—now it’s time to put those skills to the test! In Part 32 of the Unreal Engine 5 Tutorial Series, we conclude Chapter 4 with a hands-on material creation challenge.

I’m tasking you with three specific goals to improve our level's visuals:
1. Create a Glowing Blue Emissive material for the keycard and door highlights.
2. Build a new "grubby" architectural material for the floors to replace the default grid.
3. Fine-tune your Texture Tiling and Roughness to ensure everything looks professional.

This is a crucial step to ensure you understand how to use Constant nodes, Texture Samples, and the Multiply node independently. Show me what you can create!

- Emissive Application: Apply glowing logic to gameplay items (Keycards & Doors).
- Environmental Texturing: Create a custom floor material from scratch.
- Tiling & Scale: Ensure your textures match the scale of your world using TexCoords.
- Surface Variation: Use Noise and Roughness to create "grubby" or weathered effects.
- Consolidation: Combine everything from Chapter 4 into a cohesive visual style.
