Important notes:
(1) You can connect to the chain pipe block from standing on the fence but that seems rare. Jumping and then using the chain pipe after falling onto the fence seems to have a greater chance.
(2) You can perform this glitch while already facing the chain pipe block, but facing another direction seems to have a greater chance.

The chain pipe warp is only slightly understood. How cool would it be to do the jumping one be though :O
