We all gravitate towards certain drinks come the Fall/Winter Season...Chai Tea Lattes have always been my favorite. Since starting a healthier lifestyle sadly Chai Tea Lattes have fell by the wayside...that is until today! I decided to try and revamp one of my favorite seasonal drinks and what I came up with is indeed a delicious success!

INGREDIENTS

Chai Tea 1 Bag

Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 1 Scoop

Vanilla Silk 8 oz

Truvia 1 Packet

RECIPE

Pour 6 oz of Vanilla Silk into a microwable measuring cup.

Pop into the microwave for approximately 2 minuites or until the Silk has come to a boil. Keep a close watch...it can easily boil over.

Once the Silk has come to a boil take out of the microwave and drop in your Chai Tea bag and allow to steap for 4 minutes. This will allow maximum Chai Tea flavor which you'll need once you mix in your Protein Powder.

After 4 minutes are up remove the Tea Bag and top off your Silk with 2 more oz. This will help cool your drink off a bit...don't want to burn your mouth. Of course if you want your drink hotter you can start off with the full 8 oz in the microwave.

Now add a packet of Truvia and 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder and blend!

Serve and Enjoy!
