CGR gameplay presents, Space Harrier r2 for the Sega Genesis! The sequel to the popular 1980s arcade game, Space Harrier 2 went straight to the Genesis. Space Harrier 2 follows the same gameplay format as the first, with some minor tweaks. There are fewer stages, more frequent bonus rounds, and a reward system of extra lives for points earned. Though extra lives are more plentiful this time around, there are no continues. Once you lose all your lives, it is game over. There is a bonus boss on stage 1. You may recognize him from the first Space Harrier. It is not essential to take him out, but it is a nice bonus if you can.
