CGR gameplay presents, Space Harrier r2 for the Sega Genesis! The sequel to the popular 1980s arcade game, Space Harrier 2 went straight to the Genesis. Space Harrier 2 follows the same gameplay format as the first, with some minor tweaks. There are fewer stages, more frequent bonus rounds, and a reward system of extra lives for points earned. Though extra lives are more plentiful this time around, there are no continues. Once you lose all your lives, it is game over. Hot Palace is technically the last stage in the game. Though we have one more to go since we started on stage 2. In Hot Palace, the speed will constantly shift from normal to fast, forcing you to spend most of you time dodging.
