Wario Land II video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Wario Land II for the Game Boy developed and published by Nintendo.

Wario lowers his shoulder and busts out of Mario’s shadow in Wario Land II. A sequel to the 1994 game Super Mario Land 3—better known by its subtitle, Wario Land—this game has all the polish and charm you’d expect from a Nintendo platformer. What makes it unique, however, is its emphasis on puzzles. Wario Land II is a more cerebral and puzzle-oriented game than the Super Mario platformers, which are more focused on action. In fact, Wario can’t even die in Wario Land II. He’s a tough guy. Also available in color on the Game Boy Color, Wario Land II is a single-player game on the original Game Boy.
