Road Rash video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Road Rash for the Game Gear developed by Probe Entertainment published by U.S. Gold.
Few video games are more suited for road trips than Road Rash, making it a perfect fit for SEGA’s Game Gear portable. Nearly identical to the Master System version, Road Rash offers all the same highway chaos on the Game Gear. There are five tracks spanning California that players race on, doing whatever it takes to stay in the lead. Even if that includes punching someone in the face. Road Rash runs a bit slower on the Game Gear, but that’s the only major concession—the game holds up remarkably well on the handheld. Road Rash is a single-player game on the Game Gear.
This video review features video gameplay footage of Road Rash for the Game Gear and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
