NASA and Boeing held an internal Agency Test Flight Readiness Review on 24 August 2024.
For Boeing’s Crew Flight Test (CFT), the CST-100 Starliner spacecraft, named “Calypso”, transported NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams to the International Space Station, on 6 June 2024. NASA Administrator Bill Nelson and Steve Stich (manager, NASA’s Commercial Crew Programan) explain the decision to bring Starliner back without a crew.
