Legion is a parry test of a boss. If the attack is fully red with no extra blue or yellow bullets, parry it. Otherwise, try to avoid it and absorb what you can. Having a weapon with auto-hit is the way to go, whether thats a shotgun or a rifle. Otherwise, youre going to be fighting this boss for a very long time.
