49 years ago, CENTRO opened our library to the public- creating a direct relationship between our archival collections and the books on our shelves. How special is it to read a poem by Pedro Pietri in our library and then see original notated drafts of the very same poem in our archives?
Libraries are radical, revolutionary spaces where individuals can learn, explore, imagine, and find themselves.
