In this surprisingly refreshing 9-minute call, Robert from Yonkers, New York makes his very first call into any YouTube show.
Robert admits upfront he has no political affiliations or opinions, but felt compelled to call in after watching the previous caller (Wyatt) get criticized for yelling at his mother on air. Robert attempts to tone-police Jimmy and Jovan, suggesting they should "kill them with kindness" and maintain higher moral standards even when dealing with bad-faith callers.
However, Robert reveals he didn't even see the beginning of Wyatt's call where he screamed at his mother, making his criticism based on incomplete information. When asked about the upcoming mayoral election in New York, Robert admits he doesn't even know who's running and has no political preferences whatsoever.
The hosts challenge Robert's privileged position of being able to disengage from politics, explaining that politics is either "fucking you or fucking other people" and there's no neutral ground—you're either advocating for yourself and others getting screwed, or you're complicit in the system doing the screwing.
