In video 1 of 5, instructor Chea Peng demonstrates centering porcelain to throw "off the hump": placing a large hump of clay on the wheel but only forming an object out of the topmost portion.

Chea Peng obtained a BFA in sculpture and a MAE in arts education from Rochester Institute of Technology.
