A while back I was confused about the center of gravity of a quadrilateral. from high school I knew how to calculate center of gravity of a quadrilateral, but recently i saw a webpage that suggested another point as the center of gravity of a quadrilateral. after a few hours of confusion, i eventually understood that there are two types of center of gravity, i.e. point mass center of gravity and area mass center of gravity. it happens that for a general quadrilateral these two points are not on top of each other.
