This co-design workshop was one in a series hosted by the NSF Center for Smart Streetscapes (CS3) at Columbia University in New York, NY about using augmented reality (AR) in urban technology. Through the workshop series, CS3 researchers, students, and community members worked together to create applications that connect people to public spaces where they live, work, and play. Whether learning about historical landmarks or sharing local insights, the ideas guide the development of technology that improves quality of life on the streetscape for all.
