Mix your base and colors to 2 parts floetrol and 1 part acrylic

Add a dash of water to the colors

Mix the cell activator 2 parts Amsterdam paint, 1 part floetrol and 1 part water.

Adjust with extra water or paint to get your desired level of lacing
