Once an elf maid walked through a snowy wood. For reasons she kept to herself, she was filled with sorrow. Suddenly, snow like stars began to fall from a cloudless sky! The snowfall did not last very long, but it brightened her spirits all the same!

This was my last piece before leaving for a few weeks. It didn't come as naturally as I wanted, and I had to revisit the piece a few days after completion. But I think I got it in the end!

INSTRUMENTATION: Bells, horns, flutes
MOOD: cold, sweet, whimsical
